  9. Cash, cheques, bills, stocks and other marketable securities.
  10. Perishables such as vegetables, fruits etc.
  11. Fragile items such as glass, bottles, and other breakable items.

BLITZ Delivery offers Next Day, 2-3 Days, and 3-5 Day courier delivery services in Metro Manila and 3-5 Day service nationwide.

Create an account online, topup your wallet, and book online via: https://blitz.delivery/signup

Once your account is created, login and go to the Parcel Delivery.

  1. CChoose Service Type (Next Day, 2-3 Days, or 3-5 Days).
  2. Select pickup address or PocketHub Dropoff, encode complete recipient info and address, and parcel dimensions.
  3. Submit booking and wait for our confirmation.
Our cutoff is 7am for same day pickup. Ensure you have sufficient balance in your wallet. Shipping fee is deducted after successful pickup.

We do not provide pouches and you are free to recycle old pouches or use paper packaging. Please sure your item is padded well-protected.

You can use any appropriate packaging including newspapers. However, ensure fragile items are padded well and protected adequately against inclement weather. Please refer to the packaging guidelines below. https://blitz.delivery/packaging-guidelines

We cover the NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Baguio, Cebu, Pampanga and Davao (soon) through our own hub network. We also deliver nationwide thru our 3rd party partners.

We treat all customers equally. Customers are encourage to onboard on a self-service basis and payment is via our digital wallet with various topup options. Special arrangements may be made for volume pickup for high volume customers.

We believe in digital paymets and we are too happy to onboard you on our BlitzPay platform. However, COD is offered to select clients. Write us!

If you have reached the minimum required number of bookings (at least 50), send us the following to helpdesk@blitzlogistics.net.

  5. Link to your website if any
  6. Very short writeup of what you sell

Select OWN PACKAGING on the booking page, and then encode dimension. The system will automatically adjust to S, M, L

You cannot change the recipient’s name and address you can only change/edit your recipients contact number. Go to your parcel history, you will see the “edit” green icon, hit it if necessary.

There is currently no pickup fee. This may change anytime.

Our cutoff time is 7am.

We have a minimum of 1 parcels required for pick up.

We review and accept your bookings within 5 minutes during the day. You will receive an email notification right after. 99.9% of bookings are accepted. Acceptance may take some time after office and during weekends.

No, there is no specific time for pickup as our route varies everyday. However, you will receive 3 Viber / SMS notifications or the scheduled day of pickup. One in the morning when your booking is assigned to a rider, a second one when rider is on his way to you, and the last one when the rider arrives at your door.

Yes, as long as it has not been assigned to a rider. If the cancellation happens after our rider arrives at your location, we will charge you a PhP 25 cancellation fee.

We dispatch as early as 7am and most riders are gone by 9am. You should get a morning SMS with the info indicates your sequence #. And then depending on your sequence for the assigned route, that can help determine time. Usually we pick-up from 9am - 6pm.

Shipping fee is paid via our digital Blitz Wallet. We have several top up options and your wallet is charged only when the pickup is successful.

You can track your packages by going to Tracker > input the Tracking Number and then search.

Email will be sent once the delivery is completed.

No, we cannot change or edit it. Kindly cancel it on your own dashboard and re-book instead. Please also inform our team about this change via our Facebook page, so we could not set a schedule for pick-up again.

No. Once our route is assigned, we can’t change anything from there. We can only change addresses before dispatches for security purposes.

Yes, we can. Add 50 Pesos plus parking fee where applicable.

Go to your dashboard, select "WALLET" then click "Activate BlitzWallet".

  1. Go to the Top Up page via the dashboard.
  2. Choose topup amount 100 200 500 1,000.
  3. Copy the reference number.
  4. Visit 7-11 and look for the CLIQQ kiosk (or use the CLIQQ app on your phone.
  5. Select Pay Bills > Transport > Blitz Delivery.
  6. Encode required info.
  7. CLIQQ will generate a payment reference and barcode.
  8. Show that to the cashier and pay.
  9. Let us know when done, we will post the amount to your wallet.
